Here is pretty much the only picture I could think of using (an old photo by the way).
Where we live, most of the beaches have outdoor showers. They are very useful. However, they happen to be very cold. So here is my lovely attitude while enduring one of these showers.

Wouldn't it be great if they would invent these outdoor showers to pump warmer water.

I know the feeling!! Its similar when I go swimming in the winter (inside !!) and then when the shower is cold, it`s a little rough. You express it well:))
same here, though they're fairly recent, and when i grew up, people would just use to go swimming in the sea, then dry off, get dressed and leave. back then, a little salt on the skin didn't seem to bother anyone!
