corner view "rough"

Even though I'm in Hawaii and we've also been receiving a little rain and an expected hurricane this weekend, it hasn't been too rough. :P Well, maybe the waves have been thanks to the winter swells coming.
I personally love the sunny weather but the rain is nice for a few hours... or minutes (Hawaii time).

What has been rough more than anything is applying for colleges. There's lots of work to decide what schools to apply to and to get everything organized. And there are lots of essays to write. But I feel happy about how things are turning out.

The first application was the most work. I just finished! It feels so good! Now I'm ready for the hurricane. :P

Senior Dayzz

Hey Guys!!

It's been way too long... I'm a senior in high school at the moment and if you don't remember, it can be a very busy time. :P Lots of college applications and other sorts of things. But I just wanted to update you on what my life is like lately. Really been getting into photography again, it's actually my senior internship for this year. So I've been doing some random fun photo shoots and lots of beach adventuring. :D

Summer!! California :)

About a week and a half ago, we had to leave and go on our summer trip. So I said goodbye to my friends and off we went...

So now here we are in California! The first week we were in LA. Little smoggy, little crowded... You can actually see a line of smog over the city.

Then we headed over to Marin, where I was born. Seeing some old friends, so many memories!

And today was Father's Day, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY DADDY!! I LOVE YOU!! :D

Winter Break 2012

Okay, it's officially winter break. I was kinda over school a month ago, but I'm so much more relaxed now. Something about the awesomeness of having nothing to do. Ahhhh. :)

Over the break, some friends of ours are coming in January. We've known them since we were little and they're two boys. One's Noah, he's my age, and one is Gabriel. He's almost Annabel's age. I'm really excited to see them.

Tennis is going well, we had a fun little tournament. I got a t shirt. :P My friend Kaleb was there because his mom is one of my coaches. Her name is Trish and the other coach is Barb. They're awesome.
I finally got a tennis racket too. It's awesome. It's orange. :P

In the mean time, I hope to do some fun stuff, we'll have Christmas, I'll play some tennis and do some skateboarding. And surfing, I finally got to try surfing! Most amazing invention ever. I can't wait to do it some more.

Road Trip

In the last couple weeks we've been on summer vacation. First we went to San Ramon to see Amma and some friends. Then we went to Lake Tahoe.

I was really excited to go and hike, but I got sick with a horrible cough and sore throat. It was bad. I'm still blowing my nose. I was sick the entire four days we were there. On the last day, the day we were leaving, the antibiotics kicked in and I was much better for the four hour road trip to Marin.

In Marin, we saw my old friend Naomi. We've known each other since babyhood.

We also had a reunion of my baby group. Most of the kids I hadn't seen since I was 4 or 5.

Yesterday, we went on a hike at Phoenix Lake.

My Daddy

I think I have the best dad in the entire world. He always cheers me up because he's funny.
He always makes me feel better because he's kind.
He always teaches me stuff because he's smart.
He's always on my side. He always sticks up for me.
I love him more than anyone in the world. I wouldn't be me without him.

Annabel is 13. She's my little sister. She's amazing.
